Unfortunately at this time the only workaround would be to match the payments up with the submission to Wufoo. Your accountant can use the Entry Manager (click on the entries link below the form).

You can change the location by going to the form settings and adding the URL where you want the form to submit to by clicking on the 'Redirect to Web Site' Radio button.

These problems are usually very specific to your account and the data entered. If you are still having the problem you could possibly try to export the tab delimited file. If you still have the problem go ahead and email support@wufoo.com. Wufoo support is always more than happy to help.

You can always see when a form entry was submitted by going to the Entry Manager. You can see the details about the Entry Manager here http://wufoo.com/docs/entry-manager/. There is a time stamp on each entry.
